Enjoy yourself this fourth without getting off track!

This week will be packed with cookouts, parades, and parties. In order to stay on track with your healthy eating you must have a plan. Be sure to plan out when you will use your 4 splurges for the week. Don't go to a party or cookout relying only on self-control; it most likely won't work. Allow yourself to splurge on a drink or meal, but make sure that you have planned for that in your week. You're only allowed 4 X's! Most of all remember that life happens, lets enjoy it and splurge once in a while. Have a plan and enjoy yourself!
