Drink more to lose more!

Did you know that dehydration can increase your stress levels? Not having adequate amounts of water in your body can lead to poor performance in the gym, fatigue, and increased cortisol levels. Cortisol is a stress hormone, which can break down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue keeps you burning fat all day long, even when you're not in the gym! Think of water as your fat flushing tool; your body needs it to burn fat. Make sure you drink at least half your body weight in ounces each day. As the temperature outside gets warmer you should be taking in extra water!
